Let me review about how successful is my target...below is my last year resolution

New year Target:

1. Do well for this very last lap of my poly life (Erm... i must say that although my result are not good but i did my best and managed to graduate... These was the most fulfilling semester... rushing out our project,video, presentation and finally enjoy the food of labour which is the compliment by lecturers.... Thank you SP and my best team mate... yilin siti and tharara)
2. Play guitar and sing together (Fulfilled!!! although my skills are not getting better or rusty...)
3. Learn how to drive (Just today was my 16 lesson - but only been to circuit for once...Worried for my TP)
4. Get a job related to marketing earn great $$$ OR go to get my Bachelor Degree in Accountancy (should be this course la) (Fulfilled...my school is starting soon...6 Jan is my first lesson... in RMIT bachelor in Accountancy...i must say this Resolution is the one with most obstacles... )
5. Jian Fei cheng gong.....very lazy (Never go and exercise it...well still working hard for this goal... to comfort myself...i shall say weight never increase is also a achievement lah hor :C (Lame excuses!!!))

Things to mark in year 2010:

*Graduated from SP (Sure Pass Poly)

*Working at APM is really fun!!! learn alot of things...make good friends

*Papa is healthy again :) after the minor surgery

*Fail my econs... and i have take another path... not sure whether this is a good choice or not but no matter what... just do my best in this current course

* 21st Birthday Party for the whole year... all of them are fun

(Sum up the highlight of each party)

* Shiwei jiejie - Princess Theme in Pink and White... Got a touching video...helium balloon and a Sweet BF and we sister planning...

* Zhi Xian - White and Pink balloon too...Nice chocolate Cake... Had a small but heart warming celebration with tent and BBQ...first time BBQ at home area was really fun...

* Me... Music Theme... White and Blue..Fairy hut Cake... i got a very big and cute birthday card done by ting... and of course pinatas... haha only i have ... at here must really thank all sister for staying up the whole night help me decorate... Xin Ku Le... Ai ni oh!!!

* Ah Hua... Mahjong Card... Blue balloon(Copy me)... smack by cake...Drunk until leg pain...

* Mr QQ Edmond... Gold and Black Theme... Credit Card Cake... Drunk till dunno himself talk what..."Wo hen chou Mei!!!"

* Penny Dear... Pastel Colour Theme... Mini Cup cake as Birthday card...grand party at Raffles Town... Cosy Place.. and USS trip... fireworks is the highlight of the Day...

* ShiLin...Purple Theme...with SuShi Design Cake... highlight of the day is "ZHONG JI MI MA"... whereby i am so suay kana... a few plate... lucky i got my dear...if not really cannot finish...

Ting Ting... Halloween cum princess Party... Black and Orange... with 3 tier cake... is like a the decoration was so nice..especially the Spider done by her Best Bf...

* Last but not least my Sister Violet Bday... Pink and Purple Theme... First time doing the Balloon Arc... and highlight if the day is her uni cliques make fun of her and her eye candy...

(To sum up... we All are Broke...no $$$)

After Suming up so much things.. is my new year resolution

• GPA > 3 aiming for Bachelor with Distinction
• Got my Driving License at first time pass... 18 Jan... to drive my family around
• Maybe can get a part time job
• Everyone Healthy and Happy

lesson 15

Lesson 14....

Just had my bath and its already 4pm...Merry Christmas ppl... we are reaching a new challenging year ahead...all the way...

Like i say christmas is always a special day to me... including this one..
24 dec wake up way to early at 8 plus..and went back to slp ended up being late...poor penny and violet waited for me for 20 plus min...

We went to Serangoon nex to have our lunch... not nice but edible lah...its not up to the usual standard according to my dear... After that went shopping for awhile then
Marketing at NTUC and SwissBake for cake...(We did cut a lot of Cakes throughout this 8 year at least, cakes for 18th birthday and this year 21st birthday...But this is really our first log cake and its really tasty....yummy)

after that cab to ting house...played wii..until all ppl came... we start preparing for steamboat... busy cutting chicken, fish, washing hotdog picking vegetable etc...like lunar new year dinner... One big family :)

Steamboat timing....as usual we brought way too much things again... and we ended up wasting it again...we know that wasting food is not right but the moment i see the food i feel full le...

8pm gift giving time...Thanks xian for the nice card... Thanks Shiwei for the kinde surpise...Ting for buying travel gift (mine is an necklace..and ring) and Edmond for the OPI... Hope you all like my arrangement... i know is a bit lame...

10plus..took taxi back to violet house...got on to a stupid taxi... that uncle deliberate took a long walk and still want to argue with me... still have to cheek to ask me am i scolding him throughout...lucky i am in a good mood if not i will definitely take down his car No. and make a sever complaint... Stupid idiot..

11 plus... Shiwei took his father car and send us to ECP...Well Done...parked in at first attempt...Countdown till 12plus...has potato chips and listening to music... chit chatting..funny thing is that dunno why the grass jelly turn bad and my bag spare part went missing... but nevermind...still can use de lah...

1am...drove Violet Drove Guo Hua back Yishun...on the way we meet traffic police... lucky never kana demerit point...Heng arh....so nervous...reach at 1.40am

Shiwei then took over...aim is drove back from yishun to boon keng area...this is really a adventurous part...
Brake was a bit loose...Took the wrong path and we when to alot of place..like sengkang, KPE, Kallang, Geylang...ETc...keep driving toward the wrong way...saw ppl having accident...drove until Penny and violet was urgent for toilet...by that time we are all exhausted..especially Shiwei lucky there were not much car...Have a tour around Singapore for almost 3 hours...Now then i know is not easy to conquer this Little red dot...

Anyways...We feel honour to be Shiwei and Violet first Friends to had a ride... Thanks alot dear...

Looking forward to the next meeting with dear...Once again Merry Christmas...

Monday went for my uni talk...after the talk i have set my new year resolution

aiming for GPA > 3 to get degree with distinction :) i can do it de...

Tuesday was a small gathering with my poly cliques :) when to settler cafe at SMU again

bring back alot of memories...we had the same food...update ur friends about ur current activities

Tmr will be going to JB for a day trip with aunt...will be looking out for christmas present

the DJ mention that she was regret that she was unable to help out tis dieing man as he wish to take a wedding photo with her wife...

and fulfilled his last hope...

Therefore there was this volunteer help him organised all the things

and promise to get ready everything by the next day...and they really managed to do it..

But this man when into coma on the morning of the actual day...

and the plan was called off with the hope being unfulfilled...

This volunteer mention that although things does not happened according to his plan

but he, the deceased family and this group of volunteer did their best to make this event happened...

Lesson learn"Maybe not everything happened according to your will but it happened for a reason....you can learn from it..."

Yesterday was the funeral ceremony of mother of singapore Mrs Lee Kwan Yew.

The Last Farewell to My Wife

Mr Lee recounted the last two years of Madam Kwa's life. He said they were the most difficult. Madam Kwa was bed-ridden after small successive strokes. She could not speak but she was still cognizant.

He said every night she would wait for him to sit by her to tell her of his day's activities and to read her favourite poems. Then she would sleep. (i can image on how sweet the scene is)

since 12 May 2008 she was bed-ridden for 2 year 3 months

till 2 Oct 2010

Mr Lee said he has precious memories of their 63 years together, as she devoted herself to him and their children. He said Madam Kwa was always there when he needed her. (63 years is more than half a century...is like a fairytale...this phrase shows that every successful man there is a capable women....Mrs Lee is really a great role model for all ladies)

Apart from reading, there are also a lot of news on special tribute to Mrs Lee, there were several heart-warming scene that i remember...examples:

when MM Lee was having an interview with the press, Mrs Lee stood up and wipe off the sweat on MM Lee head...from MM Lee face we can see that he really appreciated it and he joke and says "his wife is her director! "

after watching this scene my sis says 这就是古人说的白头谐老! which is really very 难得!

Another example: MM Lee mention in speech that english way definition of love is married the person that you love, and chinese will love the person that you marry, and he ends by saying that he was glad to have LOVE in both way!

this few days have been reading all these news and feel heavy hearted...especially when i saw this pic. Can see from MM Lee face that no matter how capable you are, death is no somethings that we can't take control.

we just have to accept the fate and stay strong for your love one because that is what that you love would hope for!

Yesterday was penny bday celebration at raffles town club...was a nice place with nice food

and of course with nice ppl... penny dear face was so Paiseh...smile till very tired and busy...

but the celebration was a jovial one...

After that went USS...violet and me was on the taxi saying that we are like so suai ku haha

sentosa really changed alot...we had alot of fun..taking pictures,passing our stickiness to each others

and having dinner there...although the fire work are short but was grand one...

New Post....update on fresh new learnt thingy...DRIVING....

that morning...slp till very late...so went driving with a empty stomach...but as usual i dun really feel hungry lah...

when the uncle call me i rushed down....the car was dark red colour....nissan...but i dunno what is the car no. (i am so blur like sotong...) uncle was friendly but one thing that funny thing is when you talk to him he will look at you i think he got a bit of hard hearing lah...so i keep quiet haha....

when i reach ubi...first thing to learnt the right way to step on the brake and i found that what i learn from the theory book was different from the real thing lor... intermediate braking means step on the brake for 2 to 3 times....but the correct way shld be stepping on the brake slowly will do...

after learning the right way braking...then i went round and round ubi road...haha...was fun...the uncle was patient....but he will close his eyes at the road junction ...abit worried haha...

And the most exciting part is towards the end of the lesson...cos i drove my way back from ubi back to my home myself... so cool...haha...

next lesson was actually on next tuesday but i need to work...shall i book it learn in the evening or learn on weekend???

This few weeks have been slacking for nothing...really must do something about this....

Look for a job that allow me to learn my driving and hopefully can get my licence within this year....

First station...Bak Ku Teh...blur driver overshot cos us to walk back...ARgh...food was not bad but the meat abit too tough haha...anyway they serve food really much faster then us...

Second stop back to City Square shop at etude house, skin food, face shop etc...and a big spree at local delicacies shop...

Third Stop...City Square Fashion Section... Xian brought alot of K-POP magazine...actually i also wanted to buy but lazy to carried cos very heavy...glad that i make a right choice if not i dun have $$ to eat haha....

Four Stop....Manicure...waiting for Ms Tan Shilin...everyone is facebook-ing.... all very hungry...except me...haha

First STop...Good Food time...we order like 8-9 dish...and finish within...45min i think...damn fast...violet very funny say:"see you eat i also very gan chiong..."

yesterday, i got a signal for my decision but is not the answer that i want....shall i stick to the present or go according to my way ??????? from professional point of view they advise me to change also and the course coordinator also say that i may not be very suitable to this style of teaching in my current choice.... so i was thinking .... my primary and secondary is not some prestigious school also??? another choice is cost effective and time saving...should i go for it... since it is recognise by the association??? Monday need to make the decision if not...

Hais y am i always like that so suay de... everything because of 1 subject and drift me very far apart from my actual will...like O level because of England.... i was drifted away from the business could that i actually wanted... and this time is ECONS...

sometimes i ask myself...is it because i never workhard for it??? but can someone tell me what is the standard of being a hardworking student...??? or i am just heng to able to get into poly and stop thinking of Degree...Chua Lin Qi you are useless... please face the reality and stop wasting your father hard earn money....

this past week working at the subtle sense...was really 不服气 almost everyday got scolding by ppl...whereby the mistake was not because of us...yesterday especially...

Victor SEah....dun let me see this ppl...call and scold and instead that he was a slot keep screaming into our ears...Crazy...最气的是 i forgot to suan him...please call on the first day of the month for advance booking...really feel like scold 4 letter word...but that not my style...

Another stupid lady...call and scold say we cheat ppl money...but the problem is the $$$ is not in my pocket OK you understand???? so i tell her...SORRY THE PERSON THAT CHEAT YOU $$$ IS NOT MEET I AM JUST A WORKER TO ANS UR CALL...and i think she feel guilty and faster put down the phone le...without giving me her number and name...HOW TO BOOK FOR HER you tell me...WTH!!!! CRAZY WOMEN....

anyway yesterday was complaining to my PAPA and MAMA they all say not happy de hua dun work lor....this is the first time they all so support me in quiting a job....I am going to be 听话的小孩 going to quit...and no more nonsenses call...no more sai gang (doing job when there are shortage of manpower...you think what i am superman arh...)...and stop being at disadvantage of being paid less although is only few dollar (no Offence ok VIOLET i just not happy with the management...dun angry ok...i will say SORRY first...my buddy...muacks...)

And i swear...if next time i got a chance to open my own business...i will make sure that all my worker do their work and cooperate .... be organised... Sucks man this management...

On the whole...i think all these really depressing...make me feel incompetent everyone is moving on and i am on the same spot...really dun like these feeling...

past weeks...result out..not good news...and i am facing some obstacle to making decision for my future?? have been hearing from advise from many ppl...but i think no one can give me a comfirm answer that make me make up my mind....well.. time is drawing near and hope that my mind and god will give me a answer by tmr night...

Update on my working experience...first day was a disaster...was not used to it therefore after when home hardly talk...my jaw was sore really feel like giving up...especially after picking up this 2 phone call...

First: i saw that this phone was ringing for quite some time and i pick it up...and says hi how can i help you...she was annoyed and says she was talking to another telemarketer just now...therefore i thought just hold back the line and let the previous telemarketer handle...and the this stupid lady start screaming at me...saying that i keep asking her question instead of solving her problem ...i was like wth... i dunno what you want by asking you question how am i going to help you??? ridiculous man... so you know what...as i have no one to approach so...i hanged that phone...haha (pissed off man)

Second weird ppl: This person called up and say that she wants to talk to the management...so i ask the auntie what can i do she say you talk to the consultant but all the consultant was busy at that moment ask me to take down her number and they will call her back. At this moment, she was like what...ask me to wait again...i have been waiting for very long le... and she refuse to give me her name and number...and she start to nag and so i hold the line ....and approach the consultant...lucky that one of the consultant take over...

on the whole....i think that tis company also need another round of coordination... so that service can be more efficient and effective...

anyway result is coming out next week...die...le....well got to face the fact anyway... i am still hanging on working in this company for this week...not too sure about next week especially after i knew the result ... hopefully i can get is pity 34marks please....

人生中最大的敌人是自己

TMr got to report to work with violet and shilin...Working place is at Taka Again...this is the third job held at Taka...first sell biscuit..then dessert now telemarketer...

Feeling very tired now...hope later dun insomnia again i dun want to have panda eyes on first day of working...haha...btw this is not the first time 3 of us working tgt we have a stupid experiences working as promoter selling some charity ticket...we work one day le jiu RUN AwaY...haha :)

Not Feeling very good since the Bridging test is Over...hope that all this can compensate for the mistake that i have made in the Exam and let me pass...

This morning...heard something very meaningful over the radio....

There was a Student...he was very shy and scare that he would be scold by teacher for repeating the answer...and This teacher found out so...and one day he say

Teacher: Class bring over the candle and light it up (After the candle was lighted up)

And then the teacher: bring more candle and light up with the first candle (After more candle was lighted up)

Teacher: Do you know why i ask the students, do you know why i ask you to do so???

Students Says: Don't know

Teachers ask again: Do you all think that the first lighted candle has any loss???

Students: No!

Teachers Says: Students you all can see that from the second candle onwards, it is all lighted up because of the first lighted candle....just like me as your teacher i am the one who can light you all up and i have nothing to lose out...so why must i be angry if you ask me to repeats....i am very contented if you all have learnt something from me.....

The moment i heard this story...i wish that all the teachers will have the same thinking as this teacher so that student in the story (i am one of them) can learn more....Glad to say that i think most teacher that i have met are all like that.....

yesterday was national day....What i must say is that since young had been wishing to join the NDP parade for at least once but had never had a chance since now...

Well since i have been so free these few days...i suddenly had a thought of watching the history of Our beloved Country Singapore....

Although Singapore was just a Young country that celebrates 45th birthday but i must say that there are still alots of things that i am not too sure that happened before 1965 year....

Like what happened after Sir Stamford Raffles came and the Under Jap Occupation and what are the things that our great leader did to build up our strong country...

In all i must say that i am proud to be a Singaporean in a small but mighty Singapore and see if i could have a small write up after watching the discovery channel that Says the history of Singapore....

The Time now is 7.54 am and i slp at 4.38am... running nose make me cannot sleep...i am going to become a red nose reindeer le...haha....

My bridging would be over soon...the past maths paper was a disaster...hopefully there is a miracle if not i shall proceed with my contingency plan...maybe i will change to another school RMIT...if not shall maybe work for a year then join back UOL- Accounting and Finance...well lets hope that i do not need to put my plan in to reality and go on with my UOL course....

Was in the mid of revision last night...more understanding but still got a bit more to go...just read ting blog...was very interesting...haha update more and i swear after bridging i must go and play to the max (Kite-Flying, Swimming, Kbox, Watch PCK movie...etc)...hais 1 week never go popo house le due to the bridging exam...sunday will be Ah gong de birthday liao....which means that i would be broke again...

Scare that later i fall asleep at exam hall...but i dun think that would be likely to happened....

Hee later maths exam le...hope that can take 34 marks i know you can do it...if you got try hard...and do your best....

now gotta be busy preparing for my math and econ paper if not i would suffer from the opportunity cost of saving one year of course fee + transport fee + salary for one year + one year of experience in working etc...haha trying to put into use of what i have learnt in econ :) . its just 34 point i think i can do it....

after that went for a shopping trip...and we are going again tmr...tired leh...

then you know what we go and eat cake again haha so fattening ....but yum yum again...seem like the only activities that adult can do is eat eat and eat...so Boring...i think we need to be more creative and think of more activites...

i am the fans of ting, shilin huihui and shiwei blog... interesting...unlike mine...

Anyway i think that my england is deteriorating can anyone tell me what things can i post up in my blog its so dead here...and going online is really getting more and more boring...
